Newsletter and Membership registration

In addition, if you register for either membership or the newsletter the following data is also stored with us for the sole purpose of Membership and Newsletter processing: your name, email address, postal address, and phone number. We may also ask for data such as how you came to know about us, country, and preferred way of receiving information from us. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes and the newsletter mailing company MailChimp® commissioned by us for the delivery of the newsletter and to our tax consultant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

In the event of a register for either membership or the newsletter, all data from the registration will be stored until you request that we no longer continue to hold it. How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
